We conduct eagle-eyed business audits, legal compliance, policy framework and risk management services.

With an ever-developing economy, and the introduction of new and developing policy considerations, laws and regulations, we assist those clients wishing to elevate their own profile or standing in their industry by providing a range of strategic advice including, in the areas of policy advocacy and understanding, industry positioning, legal and socio-economic frameworks. 

We will project plan with you and walk through implementation if required.  We navigate pioneering and broad business opportunities at concept stage through step-by-step implementation.

We do this across the board for any organization. An initial analysis of a workplace’s human capital state of health and employment law audits will mitigate risk.

Our investigations for employers will reveal whether there is sufficient evidence to win a case, not only in the CCMA, but in the Labour Court thereafter.

Where we are not permitted to investigate, namely for employees and trade unions, we will provide an analysis and advice on the evidence for or against or required by our client to be successful in their defence.

Design, Implementation & Management
