Specific Strategic Services
An initial analysis of a workplace’s human capital state of health and employment law audits will mitigate risk.
Our investigations for employers will reveal whether there is sufficient evidence to win a case, not only in the CCMA, but in the Labour Court thereafter.
Where we are not permitted to investigate, namely for employees and trade unions, we will provide an analysis and advice on the evidence for or against or required by our client to be successful in their defence.
Our investigation and evidence reports are accurate, concise, cost effective and on-point with what is really required in a real-world setting.
